WORK EXPERIENCE

Boles Metzger Brosius & Ritter PC (Shareholder 1998, Supervisor, Audit Department, 1995 to 1997) Ms. Ritter directs the audit and accounting services departments, and is a key member of the litigation department. She is responsible for the technical aspects of all audits including small businesses, governments and non-profit agencies. In addition, she consults with clients on various aspects of their businesses.

Pennsylvania Auditor General's Office (Audit Manager, 1989 to 1995) Audits of governmental entities including single audits in accordance with the Single Audit Act, OMB Circular A-128. Audits include reporting on compliance with state and federal regulations and reporting on whether objectives of various grant programs have been met.

Department of Education (Staff Accountant, 1987 to 1989) Audits of not-for-profit entities including entities receiving federal and state financial assistance, colleges and universities, and governmental entities.
